This is often underestimated, particularly with regard to its role in the project.<\/p>\n<p>The transfer of risk from the manufacturer to the operator takes place at the time of commissioning, well before the actual acceptance. If the operator waits this long to carry out the risk assessment, he can only document the status of the project, i.e. he can only react. As the operating instructions are usually only supplied at the time of or even after acceptance, the manufacturer&#8217;s residual risks only come to light towards the end of the project.<\/p>\n<p>The operator must not be too surprised by the contents, because then he no longer has sufficient control. They must therefore think about their working environments as early as possible and define the requirements for the technology to be supplied.
