When a completed plant is to be accepted by the client, there are always discrepancies between the client and the contractor. Here we support by a moderation which is based on neutrality, technical understanding and empathy.
Often a neutral, but expert assessment of the realised plant is required to balance discrepancies between the client and the contractor.
The aim can be a weak-point analysis (with/without determination of responsibility), or the agreement of both parties, the acceptance of the delivered plant and a satisfied customer.
We inspect the delivered plant and try to understand the problems. Then we work according to the above mentioned objectives. We moderate joint discussions and provide a resilient, neutral view. Based on this, the parties usually come closer together, so that nothing stands in the way of a project completion.
