A typical AGV project takes nine months. During this time, there are always problems of understanding between the AG and AN. Here we offer ongoing support.
Objective
We moderate, explain and positively influence the adherence to the project goals. We question the progress of the project, take part in the telephone conferences.
Participation in on-site meetings depends on the agreed fees. Participation in the regular meetings makes sense.
Scope of Services
During the contract period we accompany the project and support the client with words and deeds. We mediate in factual issues between the AG and the AN. We take part in telephone conferences and evaluate the progress of the project.

On the one hand, project support concerns the commissioning of the AGV at the client's premises. Here, it will not be possible without personal on-site presence. The progress of commissioning can hardly be assessed from a distance. However, the number of trips can be minimised. This means that not every regular appointment of the project management has to take place on site.
On the other hand, it concerns the preliminary acceptance of hardware and software at the AGVS supplier. Here, too, a visit to the AGVS supplier and on-site inspection of the prototypes is required.
The calculated costs will tend to decrease by not travelling.
