Tasks

After the contract has been awarded, the first task of the Contractor’s new project manager is to draw up and submit a set of specifications. It should be based on the contents of the specifications and the contract. The Client must carefully check and approve this.

We are happy to support him in this, especially if the specifications have already been drawn up by us.

Objective

The Vendor’s Scope Specification is a particularly important document in the course of the project. Here the Contractor describes how he has understood the task and how he intends to solve it. The CL must agree here, which is often difficult for him due to lack of experience.

We provide support here by taking the contents of the specifications as a basis and checking whether the CO has considered all aspects.
