The tendering process is carried out on the basis of the specifications. This includes the bidding days to be held and the solicitation of offers. This planning module includes the technical bidder comparison based on the offers.
The aim of this measure is the technical assessment of the bids so that further negotiations between the contractor and the client can concentrate largely on the economic aspects.
The planning module “specification book” must be carried out as a prerequisite. The four best offers are compared and evaluated with regard to the fulfilment of the specifications. The evaluation results in a ranking list that the client’s purchasing department can use to argue with the bidders.
