If an AGV has been in operation for some time, the question of optimisation possibilities arises. These range from changes in the process, expansion of the task definition, improvement of the traffic concept, modification of the control software to retrofitting or replacement procurement.
The running plant is getting on in years, the operating conditions have changed, a wide range of experience is available. Now is the time to make the AGV and the associated intralogistics fit for the future. All experiences and changes should now be implemented.
